PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product Details

The flare stack has a double - walled metal cylinder structure.

It uses porous gas nozzles and a cup - shaped air distribution for flame stabilization.

The system automatically controls combustion with forced draught, adjusting ignition and shutdown based on biogas pressure.

Designed for outdoor internal combustion, it operates around the clock.

Working Process

1. Flare Commissioning

After installation, commission the flare:

(1) Check the electrical wiring.

(2) Confirm the blower rotation.

(3) Test the biogas system for leaks.

(4) Ensure the electric valve operates normally.

Only start the flare after confirming all checks are passed. Operators must be familiar with its structure, performance, specifications, and operation method.

2. Start - up Procedure

(1) Start the blower to prepare for ignition.

(2) Open the biogas manual valve.

(3) Turn the electric valve to the open position.

(4) Press the ignition switch; the flare will ignite automatically.

(5) A pressure detector in the biogas supply line allows parameter settings based on pressure and flow.

(6) The flare will automatically start and stop based on the set pressure parameters.

3. Flare Shutdown

(1) Press the stop button on the control cabinet to extinguish the flame.

(2) Close the biogas valve.

(3) Turn off the power and ensure the site is clear.

Features

This enclosed internal - combustion flare is windproof and waterproof. If it goes out due to a malfunction, it will reignite automatically when conditions are right.

Pressure is automatically monitored via a detector in the supply line, which sets low - and high - pressure parameters:

(1) At high pressure, the flare automatically starts and ignites.

(2) At low pressure, it automatically shuts down.
