Product Details

The QDEVU series submersible mixers are suitable for aeration tanks and anaerobic tanks in industrial wastewater treatment plants and urban sewage treatment plants. They can be used to create water flows during the stages of water circulation, nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal, strengthen agitation, and prevent sedimentation.
The submersible aerator uses the motor to directly drive the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal force, causing the nearby low pressure to be drawn into the water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is also formed at the impeller inlet, sucking in air. In the air mixing chamber, the air and water are mixed and then quickly discharged through centrifugal force. Due to the extremely strong water jet, an effective convection cycle is created, dividing the control volume into many small bubbles. Since the bubbles rise slowly and are countless, and their surface area is large, the air permeation rate per horsepower is higher than that of other types of aerators.
